I have engaged with a leading technology company in the Middle East who are looking to add a Learning and Development Operations Specialist to their team on a fully remote, 12-month initial contract:

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in shaping their employees’ skills, knowledge, and overall professional growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Learning Program Coordination:

Manage the logistics of learning programs, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.

Technology and Systems Management:

Oversee the implementation and optimization of learning management systems (LMS) to enhance the efficiency of training programs.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to learning platforms and ensure a user-friendly experience for employees.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect and analyze data related to learning and development initiatives to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Generate regular reports on training completion, performance metrics, and key learning outcomes.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure that learning programs are compliant.

Conduct regular audits of training materials and processes to maintain high-quality standards

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with internal departments, subject matter experts, and external partners to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.

Communicate effectively with employees to promote awareness of available learning opportunities and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in learning and development operations or a similar role.

Familiarity with learning management systems and other relevant technologies.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
