MDE MENA is based in Media City, Dubai, and is part of the grater MDE Group. The MDE Group has the HQ in Stavanger, Norway, and offices across in Europe, Asia, North and South America.

 

We hope you can help us by:

Being responsible for day-to-day Bookkeeping and Accounting of GL Accounts; Accounts Receivable; Accounts Payable; Asset Accounting for all related companies in the accounting system.

Being responsible on daily basis to download the bank statements and post the entries in the system.

Payment processing.

Preparing bank and accounts reconciliation.

Invoice creation and inter-company billing, credit notes and debit notes.

Handling account payable and account receivable, debtor’s aging report and follow up with outstanding collection.

Preparing and ensure all month-end closing reports and year-end closing are submitted on a timely manner and ensure all inter-company balances are properly reconciled.

Processing staff claims reimbursements.

Assisting in preparation of Financials of the companies.

Assisting in developing processes in the company and check if the process is followed.

 

We think this describes you:

You have a bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or a Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant.

You have least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in handling a full set of accounts.

You most likely have experience working with software like SAP/Xero etc.

You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

You have a sound knowledge of IFRS.

You have proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

You are meticulous, detailed oriented and able to multi-task.

You enjoy cooperating with all employees, and to expand and develop your knowledge.

You enjoy working independently, but are also a great team player.

You have a positive attitude and are solution oriented.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You work efficiently, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

You are based in Dubai, and can join our team on short notice.
