Job Description
Experienced professional in Safety, Health & Environment.
Shutdown experience Offshore, refinery, Oil and Gas project, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of Plants.
Extensive experience in Conducting safety training / toolbox meetings and special training programs for project team members, Sub-contractors, and workmen.
Reporting accident/incident occurred at site and coordinating in investigation.
Supporting the implementation of policies & procedures to ensure the well-being of all employees, contractors, and visitors to the organization’s premises.
Adhere to and implement HSE management system requirements and health & safety procedures.
Safety information, which support to operation personnel, contractor’s client to ensure the conduct of safe, hygiene & environmentally friendly work practice.
Assist the HSE Engineer with weekly inspections and See & Act Observations.
Undertake daily site inspection, recording of observation and following up until their rectification.
Ensuring delivery of toolbox talk before starting the activity.
Reviewing permit to work (PTW) and safety task assignment (STA) of all activities.
Ensuring the effective implementation of Gang Safety Leader, Just A Minute (JAM) and One to One Communication at site
Ensure the workplace be in safe condition through HSE procedures.
Assist with the implementation of HIRA/Risk assessment/JSA/Inspection Checklist/Area inspection.
