Saudi Aramco, one of the world's leading integrated energy and chemicals companies, and international contract logistics provider DHL Supply Chain have signed a shareholders' agreement to establish a New Company for Procurement and Logistics Hub in Saudi Arabia to enhance supply chain efficiency and sustainability. It would be the region's first hub catering to industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical customers. The joint venture aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its own Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia, and the ultimate goal is to reach the MENA region.
Right now, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the HR Reporting Specialist role relating to DPDHL JV based in Al Khobar.
Objective:
As an HR Reporting Specialist, your primary objective is to leverage data to empower the Company’s HR function with actionable insights, fostering informed decision-making and strategic planning. Through meticulous data analysis, reporting, and visualization, you will contribute to optimizing HR processes and enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Your goal is to establish a robust reporting framework that meets current business needs and anticipates future requirements, positioning the Company at the forefront of data-driven HR excellence.
Duties Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive suite of HR reports covering metrics like recruitment, retention, compensation, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion.
Generate ad-hoc reports and respond to data requests from HR stakeholders and leadership.
Develop and implement data visualization techniques to create clear and actionable reports, user-friendly HR dashboards, infographics, and charts to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Conduct descriptive and advanced statistical analyses of HR data using various tools and techniques.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for HR decision-making and strategic planning and create compelling reports and presentations (e.g., KPIs, dashboards, PowerPoint decks) to communicate data-driven insights to the high-level meeting.
Analyze HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, surveys) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of scheduled reports according to established deadlines.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Performs any other tasks/activities related to the HR Department as and when requested.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
3 to 5 years experience in a similar field.
Proven experience as an HR Reporting Specialist or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
Excellent understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and report-writing capabilities is a plus.
Ability to communicate and articulate ideas effectively in English and Arabic.
Team Player and worked with employees of different nationalities.
