Finance Business Partner, Philips, Riyadh, KSA

Your role:

• Promotes a performance management mechanism. Manages and prepares current month view, quarterly forecast and annual operating plan for KSA and Enterprise Informatics Business in META.

• Prepares monthly performance reviews for KSA and Enterprise Informatics. Conducts Margin/Order In Take/Sales Deep Dives - identifying performance deviations, determining root causes, and course correction for future profitability.

• Oversees Month End Closing process for KSA. Liaises with central FP&A teams to proactively identify issues and fix them in line with business performance targets.

• Works with Accounting Controller to review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the balances are substantiated with sufficient backup; assists in yearend audits.

• Works closely with KSA Head of Finance and Zone Finance BPs to support the preparation and approval of deals in KSA/META, including providing guidance on required margin improvements, risk assessment and ensuring the financial overview is fully substantiated before the DealBoard.

• Other activities to support the performance of the respective business units in the META, e.g. WOCA, cost management, financing, new business models, NPIs, A&P, special projects, etc.

• Proactively improve financial and non-financial processes.

You're the right fit if:

1. Professional experience (5-7 years) in relevant functional finance positions in a auditing/multinational company

2. Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to think creatively and pragmatically, an attitude towards continuous improvement and knowledge of LEAN methodology.

3. ACCA/CPA/CA /Masters in Finance/Accounting

4. Proactive, a can-do mentality and reliability in meeting expectations.

5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams, a collaborative attitude and willingness to work together in different areas of the company.

6. Fluent written and spoken English skills.
