JOB TITLE
DPH Category Manager | MAF Retail | UAE Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
The DPH Category Manager is responsible for coordinating with buyers as well as supporting purchases for MAF Retail. The role holder is also responsible for assisting with selection and examining products that get to store shelves, in catalogues, and online.
ROLE PROFILE
Implement effective strategies for sourcing goods and maintaining desired stock levels
Research and review new products to meet company's goals
Implement negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals
Identify profitable suppliers and initiate partnerships
Cultivate relationships with existing and future suppliers
Utilize network to expand supplier base and attend trade shows to identify new product trends and potential suppliers
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Talent in negotiations and networking
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
