Our Commercial Customer Development team handles all our existing Mimecast accounts throughout the Region. As a dominant innovator in our market, our customers expect more from our service. That means showing them you’re motivated to understand their businesses and use your commercial acumen to solve the problems that matter to them.
What You’ll Do
From optimistically pursuing your monthly, quarterly, and annual upsell revenue targets, to travelling to meet clients in person, you’ll walk the line between customer care and insightful sales opportunities.
Managing a portfolio of corporate level customers across commercial and entry level enterprise to:
Drive additional revenue (upsell) through existing named account list of clients, key partnerships and Mimecast Customer Customer Success Managers
Commercial point of contact for named account list of customers to protect renewals and combat churn and downsell
Work closely with Channel Partners to drive incremental business and support their requirements from the partnership.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Business Administration –manage the reporting of the KPI’s* and general CRM housekeeping.
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
What You’ll Bring
Ultimately, you will have a proven track record of success in generating upselling opportunities and a high retention rate of customers. If you’ve worked with corporate technology, cloud computing or cybersecurity, that’s even better!
Proven upsell business sales achievement against activities/KPIs.
Experience selling through channel partners a plus.
Understanding of customer buying process with various stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver sales presentations.
Competency with customer relationship management platform Salesforce
Results oriented team player comfortable with a high performance and dynamic environment.
