JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to join our Tiffany & Co. MEA team as a Client Relations and Events Intern for a 6-month duration.

In this dynamic internship, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Collaborating with the Client Experience team, you will have the unique opportunity to support in coordinating in-store events, with an emphasis on new and existing client activations, creating gift ideas for key local celebrations and high jewelry events. 

In this internship you will be creating curated client experiences, improving client loyalty and client recruitment at Tiffany & Co. MEA. 

Key Accountabilities:

Collaborate with Client Relations team and retail partners on executing instore events for the MEA market.

Contribute creative ideas to animate stores (in-store and virtually) during festive moments, product launches, High Jewelry events and other specific retail needs.

Coordinate with production companies, agencies, and vendors to support and execute client actions strategy.

Work closely with corporate partners to ensure brand standards are maintained yet support a localized approach.

Contribute to the planning and execution of high jewelry events in the region.

Manage market client event calendar.

Liaise key store contacts to ensure smooth-running of all event elements. 

Help track of market client actions budget.

Partner with merchandising and other corporate partners on event support and launch strategy.

Required Qualifications

Be a Blue Box Enthusiast with passion for client experience and events planning.

To be based in the UAE or willing to relocate for a duration of 6-months.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal skills

Flexible working availability.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project, Adobe.

Fluent in English and Arabic. French proficiency is preferred but not required.
