Overall Job Purpose / Role Purpose:
The Role
We’re looking for an Account Director to join our ever-growing Middle East team based in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing ATG’s relationship with a major automotive manufacturer and its international dealer network. You will drive activity and growth to achieve specific targets around our industry leading ecommerce platform and supporting services, while ensuring they enjoy the very highest levels of ROI from our products and services. By enabling a thorough product and services a transformation program, you will develop the relationship at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Grow monthly revenue through driving product adoption and introducing projects and services to your client portfolio
Proactively engage with your assigned portfolio of customers to ensure they’re informed on the latest product releases, software updates and longer-term roadmaps available from ATG
Analyse customer data to make informed recommendations and suggestions to your customers
Develop a key understanding of the client objectives and collaborating on a strategy with our services
Confidently present ATG, our products and services in an articulate manner
Develop excellent customer relationships at all levels both internally and externally that galvanise ongoing business opportunities
Lead customer review monthly and quarterly review meetings to KPI’s and agreed with the client.
Accurate management of CRM records for all stakeholders including detailed notes on the customer relationship, contact points, contract renewals, products and monthly opportunity and invoicing
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reporting and insight
Being responsible for information security and data protection, and supporting the business in complying with any legal obligations imposed upon it through positive actions.
Essential Skills
Experience of working in the automotive industry, especially related to customer acquisition using digital programmes including retailer operations
An understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) based products and the benefits of solution-based products
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to resolve problems in order to meet targets and customer service standards
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data constructively to improve the performance of client’s digital strategy
Ability to drive the conception and development of innovative, engaging, on-brief digital ideas for clients
A minimum of five years’ experience in sales/account management, held in either automotive or a digitally focused role
Regular face to face client meetings occasional overseas travel may be required
Full driving license with business insurance
