Danone MENA is looking for a 3PM QFS The Line Manager to be based in KSA/Cairo, like you! In the context of the 3PM QFS The Line Manager, This position supports AMEA QFS organization by insuring implementation of all QFS standards at our potential 3PM in Saudi Arabia to ensure safe and superior products delivered to our consumers and patients .

 

The Candidate will be responsible for:

Identify gaps in Quality and Food Safety standards and requirements of the 3PM vs Danone and Local Regulatory Standards.

Develop with the 3PM an adequate action plan to close the gaps in a timely manner.

Follow the implementation of the action plans and correct on an on going basis to ensure correct delivery of the full action plan.

Ensure robust validation on all newly implemented (food safety) equipment.

Evaluate and validate alternate means of control through risk based approach.

Ensure validation protocols for trials and launch are well defined and followed by the 3PM

Identify potential QFS issues during trials and solve issues before launch.

Ensure appropriate analysis for release of product (micro, physical, chemical and nutritional). This includes ensuring selection and approval of a local external laboratory in cooperation with Analytical Excellence team.

Ensure stable nutritional compliance of all recipes in pre-launch and during after care

Conduct final audit for approval.
