An exciting opportunity is available for Supervisor, Online in Rowad Global Packaging Based in Dammam and will report directly to Superintendent, Online.
About the role:
Supervises more than one area with higher complexity of equipment, process and coordinate activities among the operators/technicians so that all activities are carried out in safe and timely manner.
You will be responsible to:
Supervise the work activities, coordinates field activities for multi areas.
Supervise the planned maintenance for multi areas.
Operate a permit to work system to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel in multi areas.
Conduct observations on unsafe/safe acts and reports in timely manner.
Direct all related personnel actions, including training, performance appraisal, and discipline.
Prepare relevant shift/daily reports to ensure stake holder are informed of the operating area.
Interpret problem reports and Monitors quality of work done by maintenance or vendors in multi areas.
Determine job priorities based on established schedules and makes daily assignments.
About You:
Minimum Qualification:
B.S Degree in Mechanical / Chemical or Diploma holder in Relevant field
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Production BOPP Industry.
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of MS Office suit and ERP systems.
Excellent Analysis, math and statistics skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
Proven experience in business and technical fields.
Leadership skills and training experience.
Critical Thinking and Creativity & Innovation.
Developing Capability.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to communicate in English.
