Job Description
PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve overall productivity.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operational staff, ensuring a high level of performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with various departments to coordinate activities, resolve operational issues, and ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain processes to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages or overstock situations.
Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health, and safety standards, and company policies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative approaches to operations management.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Technical Skills
Inventory Management Systems experience
Understanding of Supply Chain Management
Data Analysis and Reporting
Knowledge of Quality Control Standards
Compliance and Regulations
Process Improvement Methodologies
Experience with CRM and ERP Systems
Technical Knowledge of Jewelry Manufacturing

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience of 5 years in operations management, preferably within the luxury goods, jewelry, or retail industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in utilizing various software and tools for data analysis and operational management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
