About the role
We are looking for an established Outside Sales professional supporting various Outside Sales activities and customer relationship management. Responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.
Responsibilities
Establishing prospects and developing a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.
Aiding in and supporting business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
Prospecting bid opportunities, participating in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.
Developing new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
Identifying prospective target accounts and presents to sales business development team.
Developing personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
Attending trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.
Customer visits, build strong relation with customer and demonstrate Carrier O&G products to customers and end clients.
On time responses to customer with proper solution.
Generating a good pipeline.
Meeting with customers for technical and commercial discussion and to secure the projects in line the plan margin.
Increasing Carrier market share in Oil & Gas.
Achieving or exceeds the plan target and expectations.
Maintaining good relation and business with customer.
Requirements
As a minimum you must have :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
A minimum of 4-5 years of prior relevant experience in the Sales in UAE in Oil & Gas industry.
Experience in the Sales, HVAC and in Oil & Gas sector is mandatory.
Good communication skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
