This leader will build and manage a team of recruitment professionals, to deliver results according to the workforce plan and Business needs while providing exceptional customer service– This role will also carry a requisition workload of senior level positions needing full-cycle recruitment–

Tasks

Pexelop, engage, coach, and manage a high-performing recruiting team Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the hiring process is running smoothly and scaling to meet the needs of Company: Business partner closely with the Recruitment leadership, business leaders, people, business partners, and zinance to Euild a workforce plan and Eudget including hiring targets and

resourcing requirements Iamp( strategies to meet expected growth &ork closely with the recruitment

the leadership team and other and other Recruitment Managers to ensure workload Ealancing

across teams to support the e;active delivery of the overall recruiting plans Recruit full-cycle,

from source to hire for a small requisition load Ey developing and executing a diverse sourcing

strategy to identify high-caliber candidates including the use of social media, contacts, candidate

databases, and referrals 3oach and proxide strategic guidance to recruiters on recruiting skills

assessment, negotiation, selling, client management, compensation, processes and tools Meet

regularly with region stakeholders on recruiting plans, progress, risk areas, diversity results, and

Budget needed for recommended action Monitor recruiter productixity and manage performance

of the team, including promotions, improvement plans, and other performance related actixitiesvroxide

recruiting reports as necessary periodically lead andOor participate in cross-company

pro.acts and initiatives related to recruitment

Requirements

Professional-level English

Proven experience to manage a local and remote team of Recruiters in support hiring across Africa, Middle East and AvA3

Full-cycle recruitment experience in a global, matriC organi4ation that includes professional and skilled labor technician openings

Ability to attend calls in early mornings or evenings

Strong understanding of local employment law as it applies to hiring and interviewing
