HR Executive, Talent Acquisition - Human Resources, Emaar, Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates.

Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Screening and Assessment:

Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the job requirements.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest in the position.

Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the recruitment process.

Interview Support:

Assist in conducting interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers, and evaluating candidates' suitability for the role.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Prepare and distribute job offers, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Recruitment Drives:

Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

Participate in recruitment events or initiatives to enhance the organization's presence in the job market.

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities.

Collaborate with the HR team on continuous improvement initiatives for the recruitment process.

 

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4- 6 years of experience in recruitment in a large organisation. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
