Job Summary:
EarthStream Global are looking for a Controls Engineer to support on controls activities throughout the installation, Commissioning or Maintenance, of Gas or Steam Turbines. These activities will be carried out on projects across the Middle East and Africa.
Responsibilities:
* Perform on-site controls activities for the installation, commissioning & maintenance of heavy-duty machinery & equipment.
* Test/troubleshoot systems and provide diagnostic reports .
* Train Field Engineers and team members when needed.
* Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality
* Implement company EHS procedures and ensure they are executed to a high standard.
* Provide Customers, Technicians & Operators with Technical expertise.
* Perform walk-downs during installation to ensure that all works are being performed at a high standard.
Experience & Characteristics:
* Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a power plant installations, Commissioning or Maintenance.
* Experience on Mark V Mark VI and Mark Vie.
* Understand and be able to implement controls systems .
* English proficiency required.
* Training with the leading OEM equipment providers within Power Generation.
* Strong project management/Leadership skills.
* Valid Driving License
