Business Development Executive
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, lively and ambitious business, determined to be world leaders in providing market intelligence to a number of industries: Construction, Power, Mining and Oil & Gas.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling Premium Industry Reports for MEED Projects, a subsidiary for GlobalData in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Cold-calling C-Level Executives and Key Decision Makers to sell industry leading Industrial sector reports
Following up on in-coming market leads and converting these leads into sales
Building up relationships with a number of clients who consistently want to purchase new report releases
Presenting online reports.
Lead sourcing/generating new business leads
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ensuring KPI's are met
Must-Have Strengths/Achievements:
A minimum of one years’ experience in a telephone based B2B role
Excellent communication skills displaying energy and enthusiasm over the phone
Positive, winning attitude (highly driven and self-motivated)
Curiosity (desire to keep asking the right questions)
Entrepreneurial (can make something out of nothing)
Outgoing personality (no wall flowers)
Keep it simple (be able to translate complex solutions into simple ones)
