Logistic Coordinator, Al Nahiya Group, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description

1. Inward shipments: -

·         Responsible for handling all In-bound shipments

·         On receipt of notification for inward shipment collection, arrange shipment collection through Company approved service providers.

·         Review import shipping documents and arrange required import permits / approvals before shipment arrival. (Approvals like: NOL, ESMA, FANR, TRA, MOFAIC)

·         Send routing order / shipment collection confirmation to service provider & supplier.

·         Track shipments and update internal Customers on daily shipment status.

·         Coordinate with Customs Trade Compliance team to share Customs clearance instructions.

·         On shipment receipt / physical verification, IMR (Intimation of Material Receipt) to be shared.

·         RMA to be raised for any missing / faulty material.

·         Maintain up to date GIR (Goods Inward Report) and share weekly to Logistics Leader.

·         Manage Inventory report for the materials at Company office and at Company Warehouse.

·         On receipt of service provider invoices (freight & duty), forward to regional logistics & Customs trade compliance team.

2. Outward shipments: -

·         Responsible for handling all Out-bound shipments within and from Abu Dhabi, UAE

·         On receipt of Dispatch instructions, prepare delivery documents (delivery note, packing list, COO, Etc.)

·         Initiate material pick / pack of the received materials

·         Intimate Customer for the shipment delivery

·         Arrange gate pass if required for Customers like (ADNOC, DUBAL, DUGAS, Etc..)

·         Coordinate with Company approved transporter to arrange delivery

·         Send IMD (Intimation of Material Dispatch) after physical delivery to requester.

·         Maintain up to date GOR (Goods outward Report) and share weekly to Logistics Leader.

·         Update Inventory report and share on monthly.

·         On receipt of service provider invoices (freight & duty), forward to regional logistics & Customs trade compliance team.

Requirements

·        Experience: 2-3 years in logistics, Customs clearance & material handling.

·        Computer knowledge: Outlook, Teams, Microsoft 365 (mainly excel & word)
