Overview
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join the Program Development & Evaluation Division (PD&ED), part of the Saudi Aramco Training & Development (T&D) organization. PD&ED is responsible for providing and developing performance-based world-class learning solutions that sustain our evolving Saudi workforce. Your primary role is to conduct learning needs assessment, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs. We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join the Program Development & Evaluation Division (PD&ED), part of the Saudi Aramco Training & Development (T&D) organization. PD&ED is responsible for providing and developing performance-based world-class learning solutions that sustain our evolving Saudi workforce. Your primary role is to conduct learning needs assessment, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs.
Key Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
Conduct performance and learning needs assessment.
Perform research and data analysis.
Design and develop curriculum and instructional material using existing and utilizing emerging technologies (such as, IVR, MR, and AI).
Design and develop assessments and other evaluation instruments.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts, proponents, vendors, and teaching and technical staff to pilot, implement, and evaluate curricula and delivery methodologies in training centers.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for training delivery staff to ensure that all learning and assessment material is used effectively.
Plan, monitor, and report on the development and execution of projects.
Conduct site visits to training centers to provide feedback and support, and submit site visit reports.
Provide professional expertise toward major projects.
Develop reports and proposals related to the future of training and evaluation programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a Technical/Trade/Vocational discipline.
You will have a minimum of 12 years of work experience, including 5 years of special field experience in Instructional Design, Teaching, or Vocational Training.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in instructional design, including the development of classroom-based learning, e-learning, m-learning and blended learning solutions for a technical workforce.
