As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for activities/initiatives related to customer requests for factory approvals, customer complaints and certifications. You will apply safety & quality tools and work closely with various teams to improve and optimize the processes related to Performance. You will also support ISO9001 Quality Management System, Safety certifications ISO 45001, 18001 and will manage projects to improve it. You will have close interaction with other MEA Measurement Solutions functions, especially with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.
This position supports the Discrete Industrial, MEA Organization and is based in Dubai.
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Administrator who will provide for the administration of potential and existing customer requirements (purchase order processing, contracts and related) but not limited to order entry and processing. Act as interface between sales offices, representatives, and factories to manage sales order efficiently and to maintain high level customer service as specified in the company's objectives.
The primary responsibility is to handle all Post order activities and Inside sales functions for TESCOM and AGI Business from MEA region
Job Responsibilities
Primary Tasks
Review Customer POs for errors and request Change orders if required.
Trade Compliance – Check and resolve trade compliance data on TradeSphere co-ordination.
Setting up new Customers in JDE and Oracle
Clean orders (Customer PO) entry in JDE
Clear orders (Interco order) entry in Oracle (Betsy)
Co-ordinating for shipments
Co-ordinating Repair orders
Uploading documents (Electronic records of Orders, Shipments, Invoices)
Resolving receivables and payables issues (if any)
Distributor and Customer DDQ
Additional Tasks
Project management
Co-ordinating for 3rd Party inspections with Factory
SIOP reports (Production Demand Forecast report)
Monthly forecast of Sales POR
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of Oracle will be advantageous.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the similar field.

Discuss Health and Safety first or at least early on the agenda of every meeting.
Ensure effective management of HSSE risks and impacts. Report all hazards, incidents and Near Misses in line with the MEA Emerson HSE incident policy. Active involvement in the investigation of accidents, near misses, incidents and ill health where required.
Conduct all HSE training assigned to you as an employee
