About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in the energy value chain (oil, natural gas, petrochemicals and renewable energy) with operations and presence in over 120 countries.
Job Description
Provides broker's authorization on FASAH system to clear the shipments and maintain files to avoid its expiration.
Issue guarantee/undertaking letters if required by the brokers for Customs, port authorities and shipping lines.
Provides COC, test reports, shipment certificates on SABER portal as required by SASO/SALEEM's product conformity regulations.
Obtains Customs' and shipping lines approvals for importing dangerous/hazardous goods as required.
Provides approvals from the concerned Ministries to import or export as required by the product's HS codes.
Ensure immediate release of any pending customs duty claims/re-claims with customs and port authorities.
Provide STPP Finance for Customs' monthly and annual reports.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar position.
Shipping and transport knowledge, flexible and self-motivated.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Must be bi-lingual - English & Arabic (speaking, reading, & writing).
