Job Position: IT Administrator
Location: Dubai
Salary: 8000 AED - 12000 AED
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and support IT of our company’s members and clients.
Responsibilities:
· Set up, install, configure, and maintain office workstations, ensuring they are optimized for performance and security.
· Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
· Offer guidance and support to employees on the proper use of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
· Provide assistance and guidance for video conferencing solutions, resolving connectivity and setup issues as they arise.
· Assist users with software-related inquiries, offering guidance on how to use different applications effectively.
· Provide initial user training on using IT systems.
Requirements:
· Extensive experience in office IT operations, and support.
Graduate in a field of IT, like, B.Tech (IT) / B.SC. (IT), etc.
· Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting and support.
· Proficiency in local area network troubleshooting and support.
· Relevant certifications are advantageous.
· Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.
· Strong self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
