Would you like to work as a BDM for an insurance broker who’s looking to rival the best in the region?
As a BDM, you will be helping companies purchase insurance and guiding them through the process with a transparent and consultative approach.
You will identify that insurance is broken, it’s too complicated and the industry is not providing people with a service that it desperately needs.
You will have a passion and see it as your mission to improve the insurance industry which is seen as the world’s worst for customer service.

What will you be doing?
Consulting companies on general & medical insurance requirements, leveraging your experience to help you be more efficient than ever
Working with insurance companies to provide commercial agreements, efficient workflows and ensuring your customers are receiving world-class care.
Be a brand ambassador and ensure that you understand client’s problems and communicate internally and within insurers to provide efficient solutions
Keeping up to date on insurance products, and changes and ensuring you give the best advice possible
Ensuring a smooth handover to the account managers once you provide insurance products to your team
What do you need?
A proven track record in Insurance within the UAE, with the majority of your portfolio being medical insurance sales
A client-first approach and a track record of world-class service
A portfolio of clients that will potentially join you upon renewal
An excellent communicator
A passion for technology
A curious mindset and willingness to implement and execute improvements where applicable
