Design Principal / Director (Architecture, High End) - Dubai
The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Design Principal / Director from an Architectural background & qualification to join a leading International Consultancy firm on high-end Prestigious Projects to be based in Dubai supporting projects throughout the region.
Opportunity:
This leading International consultancy with a global reputation for delivering major infrastructure and build projects throughout the Middle East and further a field is urgently requiring a Senior Project Manager with strong Architectural experience both in the development (Design) and execution (Construction) of high profile projects, ideally within the region.
Responsibilities:
The successful individual shall be required to:
Direct a team of Creative Design Architects to prepare and present exceptional pre concept designs, concept designs for various high end / luxury building projects in UAE / GCC area.
Exhibits thorough understanding of project design philosophy and provides input in developing design strategies relative to assigned task or area of responsibility.
Production of unique architectural Pre-concept Design & Concept Design.
Seeks creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops associated research and documentation of solutions.
Think creatively to produce ideas and concepts, work with a wide range of software including Revit.
To interact with the clients throughout the time of design stages till final approval.
Key requirements for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university
Previous Project Management experience for a Leading Consulting Engineer
Experience in the Pre-Concept, Concept and Design of High profile projects
Proven leadership and delivery ability
Salary Package:
The salary package on offer is flexible depending on experience.
