JOB DESCRIPTION
Managerial & Functional Accountabilities
Manage and liaise with different departments to review design and efficiency.
Support any requirements for authority / regulatory compliance
Review and audit area statement during feasibility stage and concept stage
Review and audit utilized area and check with existing project
Review the building efficiency and prepare comparisons with benchmark projects
Review concept drawings and comparison with feasibility
Submit monthly report to CMO
Review specifications and amenities
Support Preparation of a financial model at Pre concept stage
Educational & Experience requirements
5-8 yrs of experience in Arch Design
Bachelor / Master’s degree in Architecture / Architecture Engineering preferred. Related Degrees / Diplomas could also be considered.
Behavioral competencies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven experience of leading a large team
Proficient in Photoshop and Lumion
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented as well as business oriented approach
Good presence of mind
Problem-solving aptitude
People management
Being analytical, with an understanding of complex data
Team building/directing
Designing continuous improvements of processes
Maintaining engagement with key client contacts
