Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor invoice verification, recording, and processing invoices, and coordinating payments.
Prepare and review bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including reviewing invoices, recording transactions, and issuing timely vendor payments.
Participate in Annual Budget preparation and provide necessary documentation and information to Finance Controller.
Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and information to auditors.
Prepare financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Analyze complex financial reports and records.
Collaborate with the IT department to optimize and maintain payment systems and train other staff members on the new process / system.
Supervise junior staff members by providing timely support and training.
Other duties as assigned by Management, as and when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with minimum of 4 years’ experience
Registered in Saudi organization for chartered and professional accountant (SOCPA).
Conducts intermediate to advanced financial analysis.
Ability to assist with budget and forecast preparation.
Follows accounting practices to ensure optimum client satisfaction.
Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Fluency in English & Arabic, verbal and written.
