JOB TITLE

Learning & Development Specialist | MAF Global Solutions | Learning & Development

ROLE SUMMARY

The Learning & Development Specialist is a key role within the Learning and Leadership Center of Excellence department, responsible for supporting the Learning COE Director and contributing to learning projects. The specialist will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and OpCos (Operating Companies) to ensure effective communication and successful execution of learning initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will conduct research and analysis inform learning strategies.

ROLE PROFILE

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify innovative approaches, tools, and technologies for delivering effective learning solutions.

Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to the Learning COE Director and relevant stakeholders.

Act as the primary liaison between the Learning COE and OpCos, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels.

Collaborate with OpCos to understand their unique learning needs, challenges, and strategic objectives, and align them with the overall learning strategy.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development.

Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in learning methodologies, tools, and processes, enhancing the overall effectiveness and impact of learning interventions

Develop learning frameworks, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across learning interventions.

Engage with internal stakeholders, including HR partners, senior leaders, and subject matter experts, to understand their learning requirements and align learning solutions with business priorities. Establish and nurture relationships with external le

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 6-9 years of professional experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a senior specialist or managerial role within a corporate or organizational setting.

At least 3 years of experience in managing stakeholders, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization.

Capability to evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-project reviews, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement of future projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
