Duties & Responsibilities
Performs duties in accordance with by the department's methods for HVAC systems.
Conducts daily inspections to verify compliance with approved materials and designs.
Coordinates with subcontractors and SPMs at all phases to rectify non conforming ongoing works.
Coordinates with consultants to inspect and approve completed work.
Reports to the management issues of non conformance or materials and designs that require modifications.
Ensures drawings are properly marked for any deviation or correction.
Verifies methods of testing and instrument calibration
Conducts commissioning and initiates punch list.
Verify 3rd party methods and products as per approved standards.
Maintains documentations for all phases of work.
Assists his management is assessing the sub contractor's quality of workmanship.
Assists contracts personnel in assessing sub contractors work progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
5+ years work experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Computer literate.
