We are looking for a professional candidate who is responsible for the controlling and record keeping for the Training Center and support cost controlling operations, especially Marketing Activities. Responsibilities are integrating finance operations, forecasting and budgeting, preparing financial reports, ensuring organizational financial stability, ensuring transparency of Training Centre investments, G&A and revenue at all times, support the Training Centre operations in terms of facilities and administration, improving overall cost controlling process, overhead and marketing cost control.

Marketing planning, tracking and reporting for PC, CS, Vans Sales and Vans CS
· PR Approvals
· Month-end closing: build monthly accruals and prepare reclassification entries on a timely manner; Open POs and Expense Claims Follow up and timely PO closing
· Assisting the cost controlling manager with building the bottom-up
· Supporting on Financial Audit for cost controlling
· Power BI reports updates and enhancement
· Deputizing Cost Controlling Manager as needed
Training Center Admin, Budgeting & Reporting
· Responsible for big plannings by coordinating with the Head of Training Center and cost controlling manager including preparation of budget and requirements for any submissions ex. OP,1EA,2EA and 3EA
· Monitor Training Centre actual cost and revenue continuously vs. budget. Compile a monthly budget report and set up quarterly business review meeting to provide P&L transparency to the Training Centre Management Team
· Approving PRs and service agreements to ensure correct utilization of the budget
· Ensure the targets of the business cases/annual budget are met
· Coordinate with the TC team on all training requirements and training planning (Program) to optimize the utilization of the budget
· Ensure correctness of the accrued revenues and provide monthly revenue data to accounting to issue monthly Sales orders/invoices or as necessary for the monthly services provided by the TC to the GDs or related parties
· Support Training Centre in terms of administrative activities (e.g. Trade License renewal, signature of all training and service level agreements by acting as a liaison between TC, GDs and common functions (Procurement, Admin, Legal, HR, FC) to deliver all Training Centre requirements
DMS and KAA Steering and Admin
· Business Cases steering and operation support on DMS business
· Quarterly Expenses and invoicing approval for KAA
· Payment support on KAA expenses if required
· OP/EA/Actuals Submission for KAA if required
Your Profile
· Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or similar
· Minimum 3 years business experience
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· Strong analytical & organizational skills
· Ability to work under pressure in order to meet given deadlines
· Experience with administration activities
· Intercultural competence
