- Development of Fire Protection Layouts such as Firewater Network, Fire Fighting Equipment Layouts like Fire water Hydrant and Deluge System, Fire water / Foam Monitor Layout / Monitor Coverage Layout, Fire water spray / sprinkler system, Foam protection system / Fire Zone / H2S Zone / Fire Proofing / Hazardous Area Classification / Fire & Gas Detection / Escape Route / Safety Signs / Typical Details for Fire Fighting Equipment, Safety Signs / Demolition Layout and Hazard Area Sketch etc.
- Prepared Intelligent Process P&ID’s, Firewater Deluge, Firewater Network P&ID’s & Inert Gas System P&ID’s using Intergraph Smart Plant P&ID Software and extract relevant Plant Reports such as Equipment list, line list, valve list, instrument list etc. and Conversation of Input P&IDs in to Smart Plant P&ID, Performing inconsistency checking, Quality checking of the Generated drawings, coordinates and interfaces with Engineers and manage the Technical data during the Development of p&id, Verification of the Supplied Engineering Data and list down the Technical issues, Maintaining and developing instructions / standards for other Designers to use to ensure accuracy and consistency of Drawings / Reports and Generation of Process Schematic Diagram, PFD, UFD, PSFD, and MSD using AutoCAD / MicroStation.
- Co-ordination with workshare counterpart engineers and inter-disciplines for execution of Drafting activities ensuring the quality procedures.
- undertaking the project workshare in SP P&ID via Citrix and AVEVA PID via Amazon Workspaces server Environment.
- Maintain Drawing register / Drawing status logs with excel tracking Register for drafting status.
- Modelled Firewater Network using PIPENET (Spray / Sprinkler Module) Software.
- Prepared Material Take Off (MTO) for Fire Fighting, Safety Equipment, Safety Signs and Firewater Line List Document.
- Generated HSE Comments for 3D Model, Attended 3D model internal Review Meetings on Interaction with other Disciplines (Piping, Electrical, Civil & Instrumentation) and Prepared HSE comments for other Discipline Implementation.
- Assisted for multidiscipline drafting activities such as Piping GA’s, Electrical & Instrument Hook-up, Cable block Diagram, Civil foundation drawings, Single line diagram, Mechanical Equipment GA drawings etc.
- Maintained hard copies including Master Copies and Superseded as per Company filing procedure.
- Experienced in managing / Segregation of latest Revisions of Safety & Process discipline Documents in projects including client supplied information / Documents and maintained the latest International / Client specific Codes and Standards for process and Safety Departments.
