With us, you will:
Develop and own the delivery of Post-pay CBU/EBU CVM strategy with full responsibility for EBU CVM Revenue (forecasting and tracking revenue, campaign value, churn)
Work closely with the High & Mid post-pay segment propositions manager to understand market dynamics and lead on how CVM can support upcoming promotions.
Work closely with SME & SOHO & Large account segment managers & sales managers to understand the market dynamics and lead on how CVM can support existing or upcoming promotions/problems/process
Guide the Analytics Team on defining the behavioral models in support of the CBU/EBU Post-pay CVM strategy along with reporting required for daily CVM operations.
Analyze the retention & value dynamics to provide the right offers at the right time with a clearly defined process to retain customers in base and maximize the potential revenue
Own the forecasting of CBU/EBU CVM revenue, retention volume, and expected churn for post-pay voice/mbb/fixed.
Liaise with the campaign team to build and optimize campaign execution, and new campaigns based on CBU/EBU CVM priorities (churn drop, cross-sell, up-sell, add-on sales, life cycle) and optimize campaign execution.
Performs related tasks consistent with skills and abilities and general responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Skills
Apply if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Computer Science/ Analytics, MBA is a plus
8+ Years of relevant Marketing experience in Telecom.
5+ years of CVM/ CLM Experience
Telecom Product Experience a must
P&L accountability in current or past roles
Excellent communicator/presenter
Strong influencer
