ASM is looking to hire a versatile and highly organized Personal Assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for our CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements and managing office operations in order to meet company requirements and project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Essential Criteria
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Managing and maintaining the CEO’s calendar
Coordinating the CEO’s travel arrangements, conference meetings and any administrative support as required
Maintaining minutes of meeting and updating the CEO
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Desirable Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Adaptable to change
Organisational & Secretarial skills
MS Office
Personal Attributes
Ability to multitask
Effective communication skills
Problem Solving
Flexible attitude
