ROLE SUMMARY
The position is responsible for providing timely active administrative support to the assigned assit Short Term Retail (STR) Leasing Team and Mall Promotions & Media (MPM) Marketing Team in the development and monitoring of Lease/deal Proposals, Agreement Documents, communication with clients / tenants etc., ensuring that all lease/deal related documents complies with the agreed terms, conditions of the contract and commitment between the company and the client.
ROLE PROFILE
Create & Assist Other Lease Administrators With Entries For Leases/Deals In The Data Capture System Based On The Input Received From The Str Leasing/Mpm Teams In Shopping Malls, Across Majid Al Futtaim Portfolio.
Prepare & Oversee The Lease Administrator’S Preparation Of, Agreements, Amendments And Any Other Relevant Documents
Review The Final Acceptance From The Client On The Agreement Document To Ensure That There Is No Ambiguity In The Acceptance Of The Terms And Conditions Stated In The Formal Agreement
Collect All Pertinent And Valid Legal Documents From The Tenant/Client Such As Trade License, Commercial Registration, Insurance Certificate, Owner’S Passport Copies Etc., To Ensure The Legality Of The Tenant/Client
Organize & Oversee Lease Administrator’S Organization Of The Payment Documents And Forward The Same To The Client Along With The Agreement So As To Receive The Payment Along With The Signed Agreement Signifying The Acceptance Of The Client.
Responsible For All Correspondences Between Company And Tenants/Clients Whether It Is By Email, Letter And Fax And All Follow Up Required During The Course Of The Process, Until The Final Agreement Is Signed.
Maintain Positive And Congenial Relationship With The Potential Clients / Tenants Pertaining To All Lease Proposals / Agreements And Ensure That All Concerns And Queries Are Resolved On A Timely Basis.
Provide All Necessary Data / Reports Concerning To Lease Administration To Manager Lease Administration As And When Requested.
REQUIREMENTS
0-2 Years Of Experience With Legal Background is a plus
Excellent English & Arabic Communication
Experience In A Reputed Retail / Real Estate Companies In Gcc
Bachelor'S Degree In Relevant Field
