Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist with experience in recruitment. The successful incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding successful hires.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in the implementation and administration of a variety of HR duties, procedures, systems and programs, such as training, employee development, new employee on-boarding/ off-boarding, induction etc.
The specific role will be stationed at our offices in Riyadh, KSA in the Human Resources Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
Assists in recruiting, interviewing and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants to open positions.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Assists in implementing onboarding and new hire orientation.
Utilizes various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Screens resumes and conducts initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinates and conducts in-person or virtual interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Assists in evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and potential through assessments and interviews.
Makes job offers, negotiates compensation packages, and handles the onboarding process for new hires.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Assists in handling employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
Assists in examining employee disciplinary issues, terminations, and investigations.
Assists in maintaining compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; assists in reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Keeps informed of and maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
University Graduate in Business Administration or Human Resources or related field
Minimum 3 year of experience in an HR related position
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and understanding of diversity principles.
Hands on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
Understanding of IT concepts in HR systems and operations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Knowledge of KSA labor legislation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Teamwork skills. Desire to work in a team with a results driven approach
Aptitude in problem-solving and general analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of the Professional English language both verbally and in writing
