Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions for various positions.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Utilize the Odoo ERP system to track and manage recruitment activities.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Develop and maintain positive employee relations by promoting effective communication and addressing employee concerns.

Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.

Utilize the Odoo ERP system to track and manage employee relations activities.

Performance Management:

Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.

Assist managers in conducting performance reviews and developing performance improvement plans.

Utilize the Odoo ERP system to track and manage performance management activities.

HR Policy and Compliance:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and industry best practices.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Stay updated on changes in local labor laws and regulations.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on legal requirements.

Utilize the Odoo ERP system to track and manage HR policy implementation and compliance activities.

Tender Filling:

Research and identify tender opportunities relevant to the organization's HR needs.

Prepare and complete tender documentation, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.

Coordinate and submit tender proposals within specified deadlines.

Maintain records of tender submissions and outcomes.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with external training providers as necessary.

Utilize the Odoo ERP system to track and manage training and development activities.

ERP System (Odoo) Management:

Utilize the Odoo ERP system to manage various HR processes and workflows.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.

Collaborate with the IT team to optimize and customize the Odoo ERP system for HR requirements.

Provide training and support to employees on using the Odoo ERP system for HR-related tasks.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Inspire Management Training Centre and Inspire Talent Acquisition. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policy implementation, legal compliance, tender filling, and utilizing the Odoo ERP system.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Strong understanding and proficiency in using the Odoo ERP system.

Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.

Experience in ensuring legal compliance within HR functions.

Ability to fill and manage tender submissions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.
