JOB PURPOSE
Process all government related permits and licenses
Responsibilities
Responsible for all passports.
Distribute Labor contract/card to employees.
Monitor expiry of visas of employees.
Maintain employee files
Process occupational health cards for all Emirates
Renewing Emirates ID, labor cards, labor contracts
Trade license renewal
Secure approval for Food Distribution permit
Facilitate Medical test for all employees
Qualifications
Thinking ability.
Communication.
Multi tasking ability.
Excellent Microsoft office.
Excellent Analyzing skills.
Endurance.
Result oriented.
