Key Responsibilities:
Improve Equipment Reliability Through Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance by Root Cause Analysis.
Develops Engineering Solutions to Repetitive Failures and All Other Problems That Adversely Affect Plant Operations. These Problems Include Capacity, Quality, Cost or Regulatory Compliance Issues.
Perform Equipment Risk Assessment and FMEA And Recommend Improvement Solutions.
Suggest and Implement Equipment Re-Engineer and Improvement Projects.
Prepare Statistical Reports, Presentations, and Budget Required to Improve Reliability.
Prepare Engineering KPI: MMBF, MTBR, MTTR, Cost/TEU, OEE, Reliability, Availability.
Followed Up Warranty Claims, Handled Technical Issues with Equipment OEM
Planned, Scheduled, and Coordinated Detailed Phases of Large-Scale Projects.
Collaborated with Cross-Functional Teams to Draft Project Schedules and Plans.
Coordinated Contractors and Other Project Team Members to Deliver High-Quality Projects Within a Specified Time Frame.
Perform Analysis on Spare Parts Usage and Quality.
Periodically Review and Update CMMS Maintenance Tasks Based on Feedback from Equipment Performance;
Assist in Building, Implementation, and Updating Sop and RA and Ensure Compliance to Standards for All Activities Under Engineering Department.
Authorized and Followed Up Work Orders Data Registering, Manpower Utilization Reporting.
Requirements:
Related Work Experience, Minimum 3 years, Preferable 5 years.
Education: Engineering Degree or equivalent, additional Logistic accreditation.
Spoken / Written Languages: Basic Arabic, English
Computer Skills: Experienced in Office Applications, EAMS
Certificates: Minimum CMRP or CRE, RCA is preferable.
Safety & Environment: Awareness of Safety and Environment Procedures, Fully conversant with Safety and Environment Best Practices
