Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Project Management Office, ensuring the successful execution of projects and adherence to established standards and processes.
Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project's success.
Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Oversee project resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations.
Monitor and report on project performance, regularly updating senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in project management is a plus.
Proven experience in a VP PMO or similar leadership role within an integrated technology and solutions provider or related industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards project success.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within time and budget constraints.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
