This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to join Tiger Recruitments Dubai office. The right candidate will be responsible for setting up a new Legal desk with endless possibilities for growth within Tiger and a fantastic support network provided.r

Candidate Care and Generationr
r
- Writing and advertising job roles, attracting top candidates to register with Tiger Recruitmentr
- Uploading candidate information on to Itris accurately, consistently and promptlyr
- Telephone screening candidates and inviting in for registrationr
- Thoroughly interviewing candidates, fact finding and build strong rapportr
- Continually network with candidates to generate recommendationsr
- Responding to candidate job applications, emails or messages and providing feedback promptly.r
- Providing advice including information on job search, CV format, interviews and salariesr
r
r
Business Development & Account Managementr
r
- Researching and approaching clients with Tiger Recruitment’s servicesr
- Building on and expanding existing client relationships and developing new business wherever possibler
- Cross-selling other divisions and officesr
- Client mapping and account managementr
- Utilising your network for new business developmentr
- Telephone, VC and face to face meetings with new and existing clientsr
- Achieving set KPIs as set out in the Business Development Guidelinesr
- Offering market knowledge, salary benchmarking and any additional information your client may find usefulr

Fulfilling Client Briefs and Role Managementr
r
- Taking detailed job briefs (meeting in person/via VC wherever possible)r
- Negotiating and agreeing terms as requiredr
- Utilising all candidate sourcing avenues to fulfill job requirementsr
- Effective Itris searches on registered and pre-registered candidatesr
- Providing strong and targeted shortlists in short timeframes with concise candidate informationr
- Preparing candidates for interviews, coaching them where necessaryr
- Provide timely feedback on interviews to both client and candidater
- Consult and influence client and candidates on best practice throughout the interview and offer processr
- Assistance in the offer process and post placement follow up.r

- Candidate administration – obtaining copies of passports, photos, updating recordsr
- Formatting CVs and editing documentsr

Skills / Experience Required r

- Previous demonstrable recruitment experience, any sales or account management experiencer
- Self-starter – able to manage their own workload and self-motivater

- Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quicklyr
- Strong written and verbal communicationr
