Kenvue is currently recruiting for Senior Analyst Data and Analytics Lead (RAMET). This position reports into the Senior Manager Data & Analytics – EMEA and is based in Dubai, UAE.

The D&A RAMET Cluster Lead will be responsible for supporting and deploying standardized regional and global DNA projects /solutions. He/She will as well be supporting local Cluster (AMET + Russia) DNA projects. This technology professional is experienced and passionate about analytics, data management and solution design and advancing the analytical capabilities to fuel our competitive edge.
Responsibilities:
· Design and develop ETL procedures for gathering data from different data sources.
· Working closely with BI squad, gathering requirements and translating them
· Develop data models for dashboards and analytic purposes.
· Ingesting and analyze data from different data sources and perform required transformations
· Designing effective data visualizations solutions
· Person needs to be Interacting with Project leads to understand functional as well as technical requirements
· Cooperate with the EMEA Lead and Northern Europe and Southern Europe cluster Leads to facilitate standardisation and communications across all EMEA clusters.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in informatics or business informatics
· BA or post-graduate studies are preferred.
· 3 years of relevant experience in BI/Analytics role, preferably in Consumer or healthcare business
· BS/BSE degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
· Experience with Tableau or similar platform (Qliksense, Power BI)
· Strong knowledge of SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL)
· Strong research, analytical, math, and logic abilities
· ORACLE or similar DBMS experience
· Excellent SQL Coding skills with grasp on concepts of data modelling, granularity, schema design
· Minimum 2 years of experience with any programming language, Good knowledge in scripting languages like PowerShell and Python
· Experience of working with large databases, DB performance optimisation
· Experience with ETL tools Informatica is preferred (SSIS, BODS, Talend)
· Development of ETL design patterns, data warehousing is a plus (3NF, Data vault 2.0)
· Analysis and design skills, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving
· Ability to work well cross functionally, especially with technical teams
· AWS, Redshift, Azure exposure are preferred
· Snowflake exposure preferred.
· Professional skills in relational databases
· Experience in Sap/BW
· Azure DevOps or Jira exposure
Personal Skills:
· Works in cross functional and in international teams
· Has a proactive approach and is results driven
· Is capable to communicate with all hierarchical levels
· Communicates with both technical and non-technical partners
· Fluent in English and Russian language (spoken and written)
· Ability to provide a detailed overview of all the projects across the cluster.
