ob Description

As a Retention Specialist at Deriv, you will develop and implement effective multi-channel integrated campaigns to drive customer engagement and grow acquisition, transaction activation, and retention. You will track key metrics, analyse campaigns, and report relevant business and consumer insights.

Your extensive industry knowledge and awareness of best practices and relevant technologies will contribute to expanding our existing global customer base of over 2.5 million.

Your challenges

Develop strategies to drive customer engagement and growth through multi-channel integrated campaigns.

Apply customer attributes (demographical, behavioural, and transactional) to identify segments and design effective customer journeys.

Conduct A/B and multivariate testing and audit customer communications to optimise campaign effectiveness.

Collect feedback, track performance, and optimise customer targeting to improve campaigns.

Leverage statistical analysis of past campaign behavioural responses to optimise email campaigns, lists, and segmentation for ongoing effectiveness improvement.

Continuously iterate optimisation approach (hypothesise, design, test, and measure), derive actionable insights, and formulate new experiment ideas.

Analyse key metrics, report progress against goals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in fintech, super-app, or B2C product domain

Experience in customer lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or customer value management

Proficiency in marketing automation technology, such as MoEngage, Amplitude, Netcore, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or similar software.

Deftness in using analytical and database tools, such as Advanced Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.

Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts and data

Technical aptitude and keenness to learn new practices and tools

Good analytical and quantitative skills with a working knowledge of SQL and Python

Strong leadership acumen

Excellent spoken and written English skills
