Overview & Responsibilities
Work with PMs and Operation managers to coordinate and schedule FS crews for KSA assignments.
Direct all Service Reps of the zone so that they are properly utilized.
Work with tooling coordinator to schedule correct tools mobilization.
Arrange all logistics accommodations, transportation as needed.
Provide and analyze weekly utilization report.
Maintain Machinery Specialists and FS Representative schedules.
Assist PPE coordination.
Coordinate safety training and HSE records.
Select proper personnel for assignments to enable jobs
Communicate with field personnel so that they may be better motivated and better prepared to do their assignments.
Develop and maintain personnel records for reps to monitor their utilization.
Coordinate with Subcontractors for their availability
Coordinates and planes assignments in KSA
Ensures that certification and gates passes are done on time.
