To support the Engineering and Maintenance Team by the management and development of engineering IT systems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Activities
1. Manage the administration of the AMOS system including - User management, AMOS Scheduler, AIM configuration (interfaces), Counter
management, Parameter setup, Workflow administration and Form configuration.
2. Manage the administration of other engineering systems such as Airvault, RFID Aero Check, Aero Track, Aircraft Transfer system including user management, workflow definition and maintenance, management of vendor service and change requests from a business perspective.
3. Manage the development of technology and deliver to engineering and maintenance e.g. Boeing e-Enabling, Aircraft Health Monitoring, tablet devices to line maintenance.
4. Responsible for day-to-day end user AMOS functional support and timely fixing of bugs identified by user of AMOS and other Engineering systems.
5. Responsible to support the engineering iPads and applications using Air watch Mobile Device Management system. Testing of the iPad applications during the new release.
6. Support Engineering System and AMOS upgrade testing and activities.
7. Responsible for report development in AMOS report designer tool.
8. Develop and manage the interface between flydubai IT support, IT projects and engineering and maintenance.
9. Support other Digital projects and activities as required.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Minimum Qualification
• Secondary School Education GSCE, Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering, IT or science based subject
Experience
Detailed AMOS knowledge as AMOS administrator/Key user with minimum 5 years experience.
Brief knowledge of the various AMOS modules not limited to materials management, stores, planning and maintenance.
Good understanding of airline Engineering & Maintenance related processes.
Knowledge of AMOS Database schema, SQL and AMOS report designer.

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
