About the job
Urgent Required E&I QC Inspector Who have good years of experience in Offshore project.
Responsibilities
Organize and execute inspection jobs with professionalism.
Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on site.
Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.
Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls, and inspections, and manage documents certifying tests, controls, and inspections.
Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
Verify special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications.
Checks power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, lighting system, Remote terminal unit, instruments, cables, tunings, etc.
Performs visual inspections, and dimensional tests, and checks rating and material for connection.
Execute Inspection, interpret results, and prepare daily reports.
Ensure the best quality of execution.
Any other duties and tasks, as assigned by QC Supervisors and Managers on the project.
Operate to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Statement of Integrity.
Training / Qualifications
Computed Based Testing (CBT) approval with passed status in Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines individually.
With at least Three (3) or more years of direct work experience in Saudi Aramco Projects performing QC inspection and testing with previous approval.
