We are seeking a highly motivated and talented DevOps Engineer with test automation and CI/CD skills to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our development and deployment processes, enhancing software quality, and ensuring the highest level of security with the following qualifications.

Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Exp: 3 to 6yrs
Location: Dubai (Onsite)
Primary Responsibilities
ü Collaborate with development and operations teams to establish efficient and reliable CI/CD pipelines.
ü Automate the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of software applications and infrastructure.
ü Implement and maintain quality testing frameworks and tools to ensure software meets high standards.
ü Integrate security practices into the development lifecycle, fostering a culture of DevSecOps.
ü Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions for optimizing development workflows.
ü Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development and production environments.
ü Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in DevOps, CI/CD, quality testing, and DevSecOps practices.
ü Proficiency in creating technical documentation, user manuals, release notes, and technical guides. Writing clear and concise content for different target audiences.
ü Understanding customer support processes, handling user feedback, and managing customer expectations. Providing ongoing support and engaging with customers to gather insights for product quality.
ü Excellent communication/writing skills and effective at communicating with and presenting to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
ü Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, or a related field.
ü Minimum 3~4 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of CI/CD practices.
ü Solid understanding of quality testing methodologies and experience with automated testing frameworks.
ü Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and a strong focus on integrating security into the development process.
ü Proficiency in configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or Chef) and containerization platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
ü Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
ü Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
ü Familiar with Scrum/Agile methodology
ü Mature, patient, possessing great initiative and tenacity in handling difficult situations.
ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent problem-solving skills.
ü Teamwork-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of the policies and procedures for effective security operations in order to protect the company's information and data.
ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
ü Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
ü Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
