Your responsibilities
Lead and oversee the Credit Management Team, ensuring adherence to Group guidelines and standards.
Drive local Credit Management activities and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to stay up-to-date on all credit-related matters.
Control bad debt exposure and expenses by managing credit terms effectively and maintain strong cash flows through efficient collections.
Set credit terms and limits for new and existing customers, monitoring the Accounts Receivable portfolio, and identifying trends and warning signs.
Ensure timely and effective collection of receivables and conduct routine visits with customers.
Collaborate with External Law Firms and Debt Collection Agencies to ensure that our company is protected from any credit-related risks.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or similar field
Proven work experience as a Credit Manager with successful track record
Experience in developing, managing and leading teams
Ability to deal with disputes
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in SAP and MS Office Software
Good understanding of lending procedures
Strong ability to build and manage external customer relationships
