JOB DESCRIPTION
•Develop a corporate strategic digital marketing plan which includes strategies to optimize the corporate customer touchpoints across Aldar portfolio.
•Support in the development, implementation, tracking, analysis and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
•Develop social media policy to ensure professional and timely responses.
•Create data driven solutions for marketing efforts.
•Optimize online “owned” channels (social media, website, YouTube and B2B website) ensuring effective SEO and SEM programs.
•Develop a comprehensive social media calendar with input from Head of Corporate Marketing for tactical events, ensure strategic and effective content planning and quality production of timely rich content pieces in keeping with the overall brand for each asset.
•Work with advertising agencies on corporate digital campaigns to optimize content; ensure content update on B2B website.
•Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
•Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital.
•Measure and report performance of all corporate digital marketing campaigns.
•Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
•Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
•Collaborate with operational marketing teams to create optimize user experience.
•Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
•Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
•Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
•Ensure bilingual Arabic/English integrity of the intended message, consistent within corporate guidelines and brand positioning.
•Provide website analysis and analytics in monthly dashboards.
