What You'll Do:
As an Agency Sales Manager on the Customer Solutions team you will be joining a fast-paced environment reporting into Managing Director MEA. You will be in charge of mainly securing agency business for Criteo Marketing Solutions including commerce and retail media products. Whilst focusing on driving revenue from an agency portfolio you must be highly effective in navigating all facets of the sales process; from prospecting, to understanding media buying cycles, navigating the client/agency stakeholder hierarchy, and through to closing the business. We are looking for someone who is experienced in building up deep relationships with agency business heads, e-commerce and performance units by being strategic, responsive, creative, consultative and having the right network in place. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upselling post sale communications with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
You will sell the Criteo commerce and retail media proposition to leading tier-1 agencies across MENA.
Continuously strategize, prospect and pitch new clients, looking to drive the sale of new campaigns and commerce solutions.
Manage agency relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales.
Create long- term agency relationships which ultimately leads to sustainable, repeating business.
Partner with internal teams to identify, present and close opportunities with new clients.
Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives.
Understand and articulate key KPIs for full funnel campaigns (e.g. ROAS, ...) and use that to fuel new business with existing agencies.
Who You Are:
You have strong commerce and performance knowledge, vast network within the MENA online industry and proven ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in complex situations.
Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
Positive and proactive mindset, willing to challenge yourself learning and consulting about the regular changes across the industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate with high integrity in any situation.
Master's degree or equivalent
Relevant industry experience, across performance / DR and branding based digital media
Strong communication and presentation skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise
Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success
Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape
Strong organization, time management, project management skills.

Good team player
Fluent Arabic and/or English spoken and written.
