Role Purpose:-
Acting as a strategic business partnering support to high growth areas of the business as well as acting as a key contributor to the EMEA People team in delivering transformation programmes and projects as the business grows. Project support will be required for organisation change initiatives & culture development with a focus on talent management, learning, inclusion and wellbeing. The position performs professional work with complexity, providing expert HR advice and thought leadership to business leaders and delivering critical regional HR projects as well as support for the Advisory business unit which spans EMEA and has a growth and development agenda as part of the global Advisory business
.Responsibilities: -
Provides business partnering support for high growth business areas of the EMEA Advisory business
Provides trusted advice and coaching to senior Business Leaders in the region especially within Advisory business
Uses contextual and industry knowledge, data analytics to partner with business leaders to develop actions to build an inclusive, high performance culture , increase staff wellbeing and engagement and achieve business growth objectives
Ensures that future organisation structures and organisation development plans are built on strong organisation design principles
Uses contextual and industry knowledge to identify initiatives that will support the achievement of strategic goals for the business areas they support
Identifies and delivers initiatives that build business resilience (e.g. succession planning) and supports the identification, development and retention of key talent aligned with business need and future requirements
Ensures that employee relations matters and change programmes are delivered in line with corporate values and mitigates financial and reputational risk
Leads the development of culture initiatives and associated change programmes at UK and EMEA level (for some programmes)
Able to leads on the improvement and development of operational processes and policies when asked
Monitors service level and quality to their business leaders, collaborating with the Global COEs and other people team members to ensure service consistently meets expectations
Specific experience, skills & knowledge:-
Proven ability to influence, coach and develop strong relationships with senior business leaders
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
Ability and confidence to work effectively with ambiguity and to put forward opinions and advice to leadership teams
Sound judgement, business acumen and decisiveness
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong facilitation skills and ability to develop collaborative solutions
Comfortable working across matrixed organisation structures
Travel to regional offices as required
Qualifications / skills:-
Experience of managing complex change programmes across a broad range of areas and geographies and to deliver projects on time
Business partnering experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial growing businesses
Specialist knowledge of change management, organisation design and development
Good knowledge of employment law and handling complex employee relations matters
Ability to act as part of multiple teams – Enterprise project teams, EMEA people teams, EMEA Advisory team

Demonstrable evidence of defining and delivering initiatives that deliver improved business performance/engagement
