Description: 

Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Responsible for review of quality controls deviations i.e., OOS, OOT, variance, incident and discussing the root cause analysis

Following up on all corrective and preventive actions related to QC deviations and are filed at the compliance office according to the current procedure.

Perform internal lab audits and check all responses against the requirements of guidelines and internal procedures.

Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of the Quality compliance department to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.

Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’.

Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

 

Minimum requirements for this vacant:

 

Pharmacist or Chemist

2 years in Quality control Lab or Quality Compliance Department
